Alma Europe provides “Loan Application Assistance & Support” to clients seeking to obtain a Loan (Mortgage Loan, Lombard Loan, or others). We facilitate the obtention of the loan through our associate banks’ network (private banks or commercial banks).
We act as intermediary between the client and the bank with main objective to seek and negotiate the most appropriate loan schemes about each client’s specific situation and needs. 

We gather all the client information regarding his financial situation, such as total wealth (financial and real estate ownership) or debt-to-income ratio and provide recommendations on the best options for each individual client. We therefore save him time and money during the application process.
We are completely independent and not remunerated by the Banks for this service.
