Independent Non-executive Director
Mr Antoniadis joined the Company in June 2021 as an Independent Non-Executive Director.
He has over 18 years’ experience in the Financial Services and Banking Sector in Cyprus and the UK.
Mr Antoniadis has held the role of Finance Manager for an Oil Trading Company and prior to that he has worked in the Consulting department of PwC (Cyprus) on work involving the operational effectiveness of clients, advising on best practice with regards to processes and controls and set up of the different business units and functions.
Between 2006 and 2008, Nikolas worked as a Senior Consultant for KPMG in the Financial Advisory Services Department and was responsible for the preparation of feasibility studies across a wide spectrum of industries, the valuation of companies from different sectors, and Due Diligence projects, involving public companies.
Prior to KPMG, Mr Antoniadis worked for JPMorgan in London, where he was responsible for ensuring the integrity of all financial reporting to the head office, management, and local regulator of a large portfolio of Groups, involving a wide range of investment products and private equity functions.
Mr Antoniadis is a Qualified Chartered Accountant who trained in London with PwC in the Investment Management and Insurance division, where clients included Insurance Companies, Venture Capital & Private Equity companies and Unit Trusts.
Nikolas holds an MSc in Shipping, Trade and Finance from City University London and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University College London (UCL).
